Fruit and Protein Smoothie!

Todd making a smoothie

Smoothies are a great option for a morning kickstart, and the options are endless! As long as you have a base, fruits, and veggies–perhaps even some chia seeds or quinoa– you can make a different smoothie each day depending on your personal tastes.

Adapting healthy eating habits into your lifestyle can often seem repetitive and boring if you are restricting yourself to a particular regimen. A breakfast smoothie is a great way to incorporate variety into your daily routine while still ensuring that you are getting the same amount of fiber and protein each morning in preparation for an active day of work, school, exercise, or golf!

While you can find many more recipes in Fit for Golf-Set for Life, here are just a few to get you started. The best part about these recipes are that they are flexible and fast. You can mix and match ingredients from different recipes to customize your own ideal smoothie.
